This should update the name to "@Abel Tuter"- Install ITSM Workspace- Open Agent Workspace- Create a new incident- on the caller field type in "Abel" and select "@Abel Tuter". The record is selected but there is no display value in the field.Notice the warning message "Record 62826bf03710200044e0bfc8bcbe5df1 does not exist or does not have a display value set."
