Approvals Missing in Knowledge Articles
- When Creating an article in a Knowledge base with 'Knowledge - Approval Publish' workflow, once the article is published to ask for approval, these approvals are generated as expected however they are automatically removed after some time.
- Archive Rule that archives approvals where Approval For is empty.
- Approval For is a task-based reference field, this field is always empty where generating approval for a Knowledge article since this table is not a task-based table.
- The solution would be to amend this Archive Rule to ignore Knowledge Article approval.
