Qualys Vulnerability Integration is not running after updating the 'API Credentials'Issue The password for the service account was recently updated for the Qualys and the API Credentials section under Qualys Vulnerability Integration -> Administration -> API Credentials were updated as well. But after updating Qualys stopped working and you get a 401 http code error. When using the same credentials and connect directly to the Qualys URL it works but it is not working when the integration is running in ServiceNow.ReleaseOrlando Patch 1aCauseThis is due to there being other tables in the integration that were introduced after London that also need to be updated.ResolutionYou need to update the password on these other two tables as well:1) Integration Instance Parameters (sn_sec_int_impl_config) 2) Integration Parameters (sn_sec_int_config)From both these tables there is a record for 'password' parameter value.
