Major Incident Workbench view issue from Your History


Description

After viewing the workbench, a Major Incident form shows in Workbench View when clicking from Your History.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to major incident and create a new record.

2. Click on the form button "View Workbench".

3. In the navigator click in the menu bar "Your history".



Observe the view changes to the Workbench Last Activity view, instead of the Default view.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
