Error "Invalid 'Table' selected on the Related List record" when editing related lists for CMP tables Description Attempting to add a related list to a global table, when the related list for the table is in the "Cloud Management Platform" scope (i.e. cmdb_ci_vm_instance), fails and throws an error "Invalid 'Table' selected on the Related List record"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a record on cmdb_ci_vm_instance while in Global scope. 2. Right-click header > Configure > Related Lists. Notice the related lists are not editable because the view is in the Cloud Management Platform Application. 3. Switch to Cloud Management Platform application scope. 4. Attempt to edit the related lists and save the change. Observe the error "Invalid 'Table' selected on the Related List record".
