But in customer instance KB Article Page widget is being used. Now coming to the issue reported.. while clicking on the Knowledge in breadcrumbs navigate to kb_home not kb_view2 page (knowledge page of the /sp portal) This is because the decision is made based on the variable isOtherPortal.
