When a suite is scheduled to run, the system checks for an active Scheduled Client Test Runner page that matches the suite's configured Browser Name and OS Name conditions. If no matching runner is open, the scheduled suite is skipped. This is expected behavior. Step 1: Open the Scheduled Client Test Runner Go to Automated Test Framework > Run > Scheduled Client Test Runner.Verify that at least one entry in the Active Scheduled Client Test Runner list matches the Browser Name and OS Name configured on the scheduled suite.Keep the Scheduled Client Test Runner page open in a browser on the machine that runs the tests. The machine must remain on and the browser must remain open for the scheduled suite to execute. Note: Scheduled test suites run only when a Scheduled Client Test Runner page is open and matches the scheduled suite's browser conditions. Scheduled tests cannot run on a machine that is locked, powered off, or does not have the browser open. Step 2: Remove unsupported tests from the suite If the test suite includes tests with UI steps that cannot run in the expected environment, remove those tests from the suite. Only include tests that are compatible with the available client test runner configuration. Step 3: Define the execution order for tests in the suite Verify that an execution order is defined for each test in the suite. Without a defined execution order, the system cannot determine which test to run first, and tests may be skipped or run in an unexpected order.
