Steps to Reproduce

In an affected instance:

Go to the UI Actions table and select the Assess and Confirm UI actions for the Problem management table. Open these UI actions and select Workspace Form Button and Workspace Form Menu . Go to Agent workspace Go to any problem with state New You should see the Access button Click on the Access button It's not working Open a problem with state Assess You should see the Confirm button Click on THE Confirm button It's not working Workaround There is no workaround for this as this is working as expected and intended behavior of the platform.

Workspace is currently for tier 1 agents so you can create a problem in the workspace, but managing the life cycle of a problem is still done in the platform. That is why the actions are not available in the workspace.

The UI actions on Problem Management are used for state transitions. This is not supported on Workspace currently as it uses UI Scripts to open up modals for filling up of mandatory fields.
