Impersonate ITIL User and open Agent Workspace3. Navigate to Incidents > Assigned to Me4. Click on the checkbox on one of the incident record then click on the Edit button and take note of the Edit item popup side panelExpected behavior: Non admin users should see fields in the Edit item popup side panel to allow them to list edit recordsActual behavior: Non admin users do not see fields in the Edit item popup side panel to preventing them to list edit recordsWorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
