Incident record not being added in the problem recordIssue There is a feature where we can add the incidents to the problem records which will attach the problem to the incident Few users are not able to link incidents to an existing problem record where as Admins are able to add the incident to the problem record Steps to reproduce: 1.Select a user who does not have the admin access 2.Open an problem record 3.Click on edit button in the incident related list 4.Add the incident and save 5.Check if the incident is added in the related listCauseThere is a custom created access control which requires the roles 'sla_exclusion' to provide access for writing the incident recordResolutionAdding the role 'sla_exclusion' to the affected user and check if the incidents are being added in the related list of the problem record The other possibilites of the incident not added in the related list Check with the edit ui action which is present in the incident related list Check the list controls if the value is cleared
