Cause Check the property file glide.element_mapping.enable_old_version on sys_metadata and sys_properties tables.

One of the reasons is file glide.element_mapping.enable_old_version is missing on sys_metadata and sys_properties tables. File glide.element_mapping.enable_old_version belongs to Element Mapping Plugin

Resolution Given below are two different solutions to fix the issue

1. Export the XML file for file glide.element_mapping.enable_old_version from any one of the working instance and import the XML to the instance where issue is there.
