Reference lookup icon in Service Portal (form modal) is not showing the popup view configured for the table Issue When we click on 'i' icon for the reference fields, the modal is not showing the sys_popup view configured for the table.

Release Any

Cause System property named glide.service_portal.reference.use_sys_popup_view is set to false. This property controls if the popup view should be used or not

Resolution Set the system property to true and make sure that the popup view is configured for the table being referenced
