ServiceNow Mobile app deployed through Intune MDM crashes on Android devicesIssue Agent and NOW mobile apps that are deployed using Intune Mobile Device Management crash on the Android devices.CauseThe issue occurs because of the following reasons. 1. If there is no Managed browser defined in the Intune. When there is no Managed browser defined in Intune, Microsoft Edge will be considered as the default browser for Authentication. However, if Edge is not installed on the Mobile device, the ServiceNow mobile app crashes. 2. When "Chrome" is defined as the managed browser for Authentication in the Intune, however, if the Intune Data protection policies don't allow to send/receive data from Chrome, the ServiceNow mobile app crashes.ResolutionTo resolve the issue, 1. Make sure that the Managed browser defined for authentication in the Intune console is installed on the device. 2.
