Agent Mobile: Mobile function not working Issue If a UI Parameter is not filled then, value is getting stored as {{action_parameter_name}} at the time of update. In some other cases, the button (mobile function) do nothing after clicking on it.

Cause The above issues occur when there is a mapping missing between the UI parameter and the Item parameter.

Resolution To resolve the issues, make sure that every UI parameter has a parameter mapping defined.

Steps:

Go to the Studio Open the Function (Action) from the Navigator Checked the UI parameter and Parameter mapping related list Make sure that every UI parameter has a corresponding mapping with an Item parameter
