Virtual Agent - Decision Branch (Edge branch) which is redundant, doesn't get the css "removePromptButton" by default and hence user is not getting an option to delete it. Description Build information: NewYork/Orlando

Issue Description: Edge (branch) which is redundant, doesn't get the css "removePromptButton" by default and hence user is not getting an option to delete it. To trigger the css updated as expected, we need to add any blocks to different branch and then remove it from there, then the css on the redundant branch gets updated and shows the delete option.

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure "Glide Virtual Agent" plugin is installed.

1. Login to NewYork/Orlando Instance 2. Go to Virtual agent designer 3. Click "Add a Topic" 4. Provide the topic name in "Name" Field 5. Click on Save 6. Toggle the active button and make it ON 6. Click on Edit Topic Flow 7. Create the Topic as shown in the screenshot (Steps_To_reproduce) 8. Delete the "Bot Response: Text" and "Utilities:Decision" in "May be" branch Now you will notice that there is no option to delete the "No" branch (Check the screenshot (No_option_to_delete) 9. Now delete the "Bot response: text" in "No" branch Now you will notice the delete option in the "May be" branch (Option to delete)

Expected behavior: We should be able to see the option to delete branch Actual behavior: We are not able to see the option to delete the branch
