impersonation.start/impersonation.end events when using @username - Support and Troubleshooting

impersonation.start/impersonation.end events when using @username Issue Events are logged when a user attempts to add a mention for a different user: > impersonation.start > impersonation.end

Resolution

This is an OOB behavior and by design.

If you do not want to see impersonation logs please create a new system property and make the value to false: glide.sys.log_impersonation Value:true
