Impersonate Beth Anglin in a New York instance2. Open Agent Workspace3. Access list SLAs > My Group's Work4. Click on any incident number and note that you are taken to the "task" form. If there are no records shown in the list, you can remove all filter conditions to display any SLA record and then click on an incident number.e.g. /now/workspace/agent/record/task/a9e30c7dc61122760116894de7bcc7bd5.
