Values of RITM variables are not dispalayed when a RITM is opened on Agent workspace.Issue If a RITM is opened on the Agent Workspace, values of variables are not shown on the variables section. Even if the user enters values for the variables and saves the RITM record which is opened on Agent Workspace, the values are not displayed. However on the UI16 Native UI, the variable values are displayed correctly. ReleaseCurrent supported versions.CauseThe variables column on the sc_req_item table is set as "active = true" on the affected instance at the dictionary level. ResolutionThe variables column on the sc_req_item table should be set to "active = false" as in the out-of-the-box instance. Please note, the parent table for this column is TASK.
