In the Virtual agent card, the 'null' is shown instead of the Number of the record.Issue Some customers will set a string field to be a display value instead of the default Number field. The Display value of the table should be shown in place of 'null' in the Virtual Agent card view. If the display value is empty in the record, the 'null' will be shown. ResolutionTo resolve the issue, set the Display value true on a dictionary item that will never be empty.
