BlackBerry UEM MAM SetupThis guide is intended to walk you through how to use BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and get the ServiceNow Mobile Apps integrated the BlackBerry SDK setup under Mobile Application Management (MAM). ServiceNow has two available BlackBerry integrated applications available today on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store that can be integrated with a BlackBerry UEM portal. Google Play Store: ServiceNow Now MobileServiceNow Mobile Agent Apple App Store: ServiceNow Now MobileServiceNow Mobile Agent This guide is broken up into 3 different sections that will cover the following: Getting a ServiceNow mobile app registered within BlackBerry UEMManaging a ServiceNow mobile app and configuring BlackBerry Access as the default authentication browserApp configuration for the default authentication browser Getting a ServiceNow mobile app registered within BlackBerry UEM Both the Now Mobile and Mobile Agent apps are available today on the BlackBerry marketplace, linked below: https://marketplace.blackberry.com/apps While logged in, you can find these apps and select 'GET APP' to get the application added to your BlackBerry UEM portal. Once the desired app has been added, you can proceed to managing a ServiceNow mobile app and configuring a default authentication browser. Managing a ServiceNow mobile app and configuring a default authentication browser Step 1: Sign into BlackBerry UEM Step 2: In the menu bar to the left, click Apps Step 3: When this opens, you’ll be presented with a list of available apps tied to your BlackBerry UEM. In the search bar, type ServiceNow. Step 4: Click to open the app you’re looking to register Step 5: With the app opened, click on the blue text labeled ‘App Config With Default Values’ to create the app configuration for this app. Step 6: Using the drop downs, select 'BlackBerry Access' as the authentication browser for both iOS & Android Note: BlackBerry Access should be auto selected, but if any other value is selected we'll need to select 'BlackBerry Access' Step 7: Click Save to save this app configuration. Step 8: Click Save to save the app. Now that we've configured the default authentication browser, it is important to achieve a successful authentication with the ServiceNow integrated apps that we also have app config for BlackBerry Access as well. Proceed to the next section below to see how this can be done. App configuration for the default authentication browser Step 1: Sign into BlackBerry UEM Step 2: In the menu bar to the left, click Apps Step 3: When this opens, you’ll be presented with a list of available apps tied to your BlackBerry UEM. In the search bar, type BlackBerry Access. Step 4: Click to open the app Step 5: With the app opened, click on the blue text labeled ‘App Config With Default Values’ to create the app configuration for this app. Step 6: Check Allow external apps to open HTTP/HTTPS URLs through BlackBerry Access. Step 7: Check Enable 3rd Party Applications. Step 8: Add these values with no space: snappauth,snempappauth, and save Note: snappauth is required for the Agent app and snempappauth is required for NowMobile
