Guided Tour not working on Service Portal "Search" pageDescriptionGuided Tour is not working on Service Portal "Search" pageSteps to Reproduce Login to any NewYork Patch7 instanceNavigate to Guided Tour Designer > Create a Tour Tour Type - Service PortalPortal - Service PortalStarting Page - Search (ID: search)Create Tour Edit with Designer and create an Introduction, a Callout and a ConclusionPreview the tour and Publish Issue: Now, open the search page eg: https://<instancename>.service-now.com/sp?id=search&spa=1&q=laptop, you will see that the Tour created above is not listed under Header menu ToursWorkaroundGo to Service Portal > Page Route MapsSearch for the page on which the Guided Tour is created in the "Route From" Column (In this case "search")Make sure that the portal is in the list of Service Portals. Add it if it's not there.Update the Guided Tour created for this page.Note: The tour has to be re-created or updated after updating the Page Route Map as the mapping has to be done which happens through a business rule. After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
