"Reply to" added in client templates is not workingIssue We have added "Reply to" as "xxxxxxxxx@service-now.com" in email client templates. But when we click on "Reply" to the received email in Outlook, we see that from address only reflecting.CauseIn the client template, the "reply-to" field works only when we give any reply to the incident email from Outlook. It is the out-of-box (OOB) behavior.ResolutionIn the client template table, the "reply-to" field will work when you are replying to the "incident email" from Outlook. If we click on reply in Outlook, the email address in the "to" field will be the same as the "reply-to" field in the email client. But when you are replying to the "incident got created" email, then the client template will not work. It is an OOB behavior. If you want to configure from the address, you can directly configure in the notification -> whom to send -> from address.
