The instance needs to connect to antivirus scanner outside the CloudVPN, which causes the interruption in uploading and downloading the attachment.ResolutionTo resolve the issue disable the antivirus scanner on the instance.The antivirus scanner can be turned off as follows:In the nav bar, search "antivirus" -> click "Configuration" -> switch "Enable Antivirus scanning" -> click "Save"You can also try adding an exception by adding the table you are seeing the issue on to the list of tables excluded in the antivirus configuration.
