Generally, this is due to cloning down the discovery_credntials table from the source instance, where the source instance uses a different Cyberark Safe than the target instance. New York apparently has some new settings to prevent this from happening, however this article is also intended to assist in troubleshooting the cyberark issue. It specifies a SAFE and an ID. You can Verify this against the Cyberark Safe (configured for that instance) to see that it exists. In some cases, the customer may have multiple Cyberark Vaults and the Safe may have a different name between instances. Additionally you can turn on mid server debug. It may produce errors such as: Caused by: class javapasswordsdk.exceptions.PSDKException: The specified credential 'XXXXXXX' does not exist in the specified vault. Specific Error: APPAP004E Password object matching query [safe=XXX-XXX-XXX;folder=root;object=XXXXX] was not found (Diagnostic Info: 9). Please check that there is a password object that answers your query in the Vault and that both the Provider and the application user have the appropriate permissions needed in order to use the password. The XXX values indicate customer configured objects.
