Map report displays sys_ids instead of "Country", "State" and/or "City" names Issue Drilling down Map report, Country ➔ State ➔ City displays sys_ids instead of the actual names

Cause The dictionary entries on cmn_location table for the fields "country", "city" and "state" are modified to "Reference" type, whereas, the out of the box has type "String"

Resolution Navigate to sys_dictionary.LIST Lookup Table "cmn_location" Lookup Column name - "country", "city", "state Validate the Type on the fields
