How to add a hyperlink in the dashboard using Content Blocks Description These are steps to add a hyperlink in a dashboard by using Content Blocks

Resolution We can use Content Blocks to create a hyperlick / clickable text that can be added in a dashboard.

Step 1: Create a content block:

--a) In your filter navigator Navigate to Content Management >> Static HTML [or simply typing "block takes you there"

--b) Click New

--c) Name your content block

--d) Under Static Content: Type a text: Example: "Link to Scorecard"

--d) Select/ Highlight the text and from the icons, select "Insert and Edit Link icon"

--e) A pop up icon will appear, Fill in the following:

URL: Paste your URL Target: Select "New Window" --f) Click Submit

STEP 2: Add this content block to a dashboard. Clicking this will open the scorecard in a new tab.
