Task SLAs with no name attached to multiple records.

Undefined SLA definition on the customer's instance.


  1. Review the Task SLA that attached
  2. See the SLA definition field on the task SLA shows as undefined
  3. Review the SLA Definition table for SLA Definitions that is undefined (has no name)
  4. Deactivate or delete the undefined SLA Definition and run a Repair SLA on the affected records.
