Instance fails to create a web service import column with a long name Description When loading the Edit Web Service form and adding a long label name in, the instance fails to create the corresponding column.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to System Web Services > Inbound > Computer in the filter navigator:

2. Double click the label field to add a label with a 49 characters the value "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvw".

3. Click the Update UI Action.

The new column does not get added, the logs show the alter reverted and no net change exists.

As a workaround, navigate to the table directly to add the column, the field is aliased to a shorter column name and created properly. Alternatively perform the alter accessing the Dictionary.
