Time Sheet Portal does not show the Recall option for specific Time Cards
This was happening due to a customized "Time Card Grid" Service Portal Widget (sp_widget).
Once this is reverted, the option will display and function properly.
To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to Service Portal > Widgets
2. In the "Name" column search for "Time Card Grid" and go to the record
3. In the Versions related list, right-click the most recent record with the Source of "System Upgrades..."
4. Select "Revert to this version"
5. Select OK when prompted
