Users can not edit Visual Task Board label getting message "You do not have permission to update label" - Support and Troubleshooting

Users can not edit Visual Task Board label getting message "You do not have permission to update label" Issue When ITIL user was trying to edit labels on Visual Task Board, the system displays message as "you do not have permission to update label" as shown in the below screenshot,

Release Newyork, Orlando, and the latest releases.

Cause Following OOB ACL's were de-actiavted on the affected instance, due to this ITIL users were unable to edit the labels on VTB.

vtb_board_label/read => https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=0630b8c77322230081e06502edf6a745 vtb_board_label/write => https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=ac60f8c77322230081e06502edf6a7a7 vtb_board_label/delete => https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=a1c68ef07323230081e06502edf6a795 Resolution Activate the OOB vtb_board_label/read & vtb_board_label/write ACL's so that ITIL user can edit the labels on VTB.
