Unable to Submit Cloud Catalog item Error : User or Group Quota exceededIssue When we try to submit a Cloud Catalog item, we see an error "User or Group Quota exceeded" and we are unable to submit the Catalog Item.ReleaseAnyCause1. If the userGroup variable is defined as a reference field instead of Lookup Select Box, the UserGroup will be passed as sys_id instead of the String in the RuntimeMap. 2. However, We expect the UserGroup to be passed as a string.Resolution1.
