Drilldown links not working in Published ReportIssue Drilldown reports that are part of a published report are not able to be viewed as expectedReleaseLondonCauseWhen a report is published there are times that an associated drill-down report may not be published which results in the drill-down reports themselves not displaying data as expectedResolutionNavigate to sys_report.listFilter to display the Primary report (Note the sysID)Click on the 'Update Personalized List' (Cog) and add the 'Report drilldown' column to the list view.This will display the name to the first drill-down report associated with the Primary report.Click on the link to open the report.Copy the SysID from the URL.Navigate to sys_report.list again and filter based on the sysID (be sure to include the ‘Report drilldown’ column)(Repeat this process until the report displayed has no value in the ‘Report Drilldown’ column)Filter on all the associated sysID’s obtained which will provide the Primary Report and all the related drill-down reports.If you access the definition of the drilldown reports, you should see a blue banner indicating it is a published report along with the URL. If you copy and paste the URL into a separate browser you see the message "The report is not available".From the definition screen, if you then click on the 'view report' option you will be taken to the report.If you click on 'Sharing', you will see that those reports that do not display will show as 'publish'.Click on the 'publish' option.Reload the reports.Copy and paste the URL of the primary report into a browser. The drilldown reports should now display expected data when you click through to them.(NB: Should the drilldown report show as 'Unpublish' when viewing the 'Sharing' options, then click on 'unpublish' save the report and publish again.)
