Multiple RITMs have no workflow attachedDescriptionOne item was ordered with 11 Quantity, so created request had 11 RITMs (Requested Items) in it. 7 of these RITMs have a workflow that successfully executed and are now closed. 4 of the RITMs are in the scheduled state and cannot be worked on because there is no workflow attached to them. The other RITMs workflows executed successfully and they are all for the same item. It seems to be random which RITMs have a workflow attached.CauseCascade Request Approval to Request Item - BR (business rule) was customized. This will invoke the workflow when the stage of the RITM is set to Request Approved [request_approved].Probable cause would be the case where the affected RITM workflow wouldn't have captured the approval made by the approval activity in the sc_request workflow.ResolutionRevert custom BR to OOB (out of box) - Cascade Request Approval on Request Item resolves the issue.
