This is as the platform designed, by default, once the agent rejects in agent chat, it doesn't come back to the same agent. ResolutionYou may change the value of reassignable to true so the same agent will get reassigned by the steps below: 1. Nav to awa_reject_reason.list 2. select the record which rejects the reason that you want to reassign the agent 3. Change the reassignable = true 4. Save the record
