Now Mobile App Configuration Set 'SNAuthenticationBrowserAndroid' to BlackBerry AccessSet 'Default Instance URL' to the full instance URL as in https://<instance>.service-now.com BlackBerry Access App Configuration (In the General section) 1. Check the box for 'Allow external apps to open HTTP/HTTPS URLs through BlackBerry Access' 2. Check the box for 'Enable 3rd Party Applications' and add the following value 'snappauth,snempappauth' to allow the ServiceNow app to pass the authentication token from the SSO page back to the mobile app.
