Or if the information is the same, the mapping is done wrong. Things to check: In the Identity Provider record, under Advanced section, look for "User Field". Notice the field the match is made upon. Most of the cases it will be email or user_name Go the the user record that appears in the logs and observe the email( or user_name, depending on what you see in the "User Field" in the above step). Observe the value corresponding to the fieldEnable debug in MultiSSO Properties by setting the property "glide.authenticate.multisso.debug" to trueCheck the SAML Response for the user's request. Within the AttributeStatement chain, you should see the respective field coming. Make sure it is matching the one you have in ServiceNow Note: It is important to consult with your IDP admin and place the right value on both ServiceNow and IDP and even AD, as if you make a change only in ServiceNow to repair the fault, this would be overwritten by potential LDAP imports you may have activated for the respective users.
