Mismatch in the number of records present in sys_metadata (parent table) of Category class and sc_category (child table) Issue sc_category table shows less records than the number of records present in sys_metadata with Class=Category

Cause ""Hide admin homepage categories" OOTB Query BR which runs for even ADMIN users restricts few categories by default

Resolution Customer can either modify the condition to not run for admin users or they can deactivate the ACL as disabling the same would not cause any impact to the Service catalog functionality
