On-Call Scheduling Create wizard's 'Add Members' slushbucket sorts Members alphabetically by default instead of user preferenceDescriptionWhen creating a new schedule using the Create On-Call Schedule wizard, under Escalations and Notifications setup, when adding members to the On-Call schedule, the selected section of the slush bucket always resets the members to display alphabetically and then sets the roster order based on the alphabetical order. Preventing users from sorting members as per their preferred roster order in this screen causes them to perform an added step of having to go into the schedule roster and reset the roster order from here after the On-Call Schedule is created.Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to Create New Schedule and fill out the wizard until you are at the 'Escalations and notifications setup' page.2. Here, under 'Which members would you like to be in your schedule?' add at least 2-3 members to the selected section of the slush bucket. 3. Notice that the system always resets the members in alphabetical order and there is no way to change this.4. The system also pre-sets the order of the members in the schedule's Primary/Secondary/Tertiary etc. Roster based on this alphabetical order when creating the On-Call schedule.WorkaroundNo workaround is available.
