Click on the Quick actions and start chat and connect Live Agent.3. Impersonate the 'Agent', accept the chat and create a case or incident from chat actions. 4. Once the record is created, it will give the ticket details in the chat along with the ticket URL to the user.5. When the user clicks the ticket link, it redirects to ServiceNow Classic Mobile UI and the user is able to edit the form. Expected Behaviour- chat link should not redirect to ServiceNow classic mobile UIActual Behaviour- chat link is redirecting to ServiceNow classic mobile UINote- If the record link on the chat is provided from the VA topics, the link is redirected to form not the Mobile Classic UI, where us from quick action, it redirecting to classic mobile UIWorkaroundTransforming URLs to deep links is not implemented in chat.
