Agent workspace - Attach and Helpful UI Action are not linked to the result of the knowledge article in Agent Assist
Under Agent Assist - find a KB article result linked to the record:
Inspecting the browser developer tool on the page:
There is an "Uncaught ReferenceError" in console log
There are two script includes with the same name, "cxs_knowledge" on the instance
There should be only one script include named cxs_knowledge on the instance.
Disable the custom/duplicate script include which has same name: cxs_knowledge
Or merge the custom script with the OOB script - cxs_knowledge if that is needed.
