The PmFinancialsAPI script include processes these values. When cost plan breakdowns are updated — that is, when expenses are approved — the actual column in the cost plan breakdowns is updated, which in turn updates the OpEx and CapEx values in the widget. The Actual cost value it displays is rolled up from the work_cost field. Actual cost has two child widgets — the OpEx widget and the CapEx widget — which are rolled up from opex_actual and capex_actual respectively. To locate the Actual Cost widget and its OpEx and CapEx child widgets: Go to Project Administration > Widgets > Actual Cost in the filter navigator. Alternatively, find the Actual Cost widget directly in the sn_app_widget table.The OpEx and CapEx widgets are also available from this location.
