Error is thrown: "Company inactive - your access to this instance is not authorized", even though company record is active.CauseOOTB Guest user not in the global domain. The error comes from OOTB Script Include "CompanyActiveUserAuthenticationGate", as Guest doesn't have visibility on the domain of the users logging in.ResolutionEnsure the Guest user is active and in the global domain. As Guest is used in many different parts of the platform, moving the user to a different domain can cause unexpected errors. Notes: If Guest user has "managed domain = false", the system uses the domain assigned automatically from the company record, which may not be the global domain. In this case, ensure to set "managed domain = true" or that the assigned company is in the global domain."Company" is NOT a mandatory field OOTB. Guest user has "company = EMPTY" by default (or ACME when demo data is installed).Related LinksManually manage the domain for particular records
