Survey not getting triggered when an incident is closedIssue There is a "Survey Definition" that should get triggered every time an Incident record is closed. The "Survey Definition" is correctly configured, however, no email notification is being sent to the user.CauseThe "Assessable Records" related to the Survey has no Category set.ResolutionCheck the "Assessable Records" table from the link below (replacing the "<instance-name>" with your instance name) and locate the record related to your Survey Definition. Assessable Recordshttps://<instance-name>.service-now.com/asmt_assessable_record_list.doOpen the record and attach the category to the Assessable Record. Once a category has been attached to the Assessable Record the Survey notification will be triggered.
