This means that users with a Developer instance will not be able to request plugin activations in the ServiceNow Support portal.InstructionsPlugin activations for Developer Instances can be done two ways depending on the plugin: Admin enabled plugins can be activated through the Instance itself: Accessing the Instance and Navigate to System Definition > Plugins, Search for the plugin in the name.Find the plugin that matches their request and click Install, The Activate Plugin dialog opens.In the Activate Plugin dialog, click Activate.
