Agent Workspace Global Search not showing the latest version of Knowledge ArticlesDescriptionA global search of kb article number on agent workspace does not display the latest version of the article, as it displays on the platform side.Steps to Reproduce 1. Install the plugin "Knowledge Management Advanced Installer"2. Navigate to kb_knowledge.list3. Open any already published knowledge article (version will be 1.0)4. Click "Checkout" button add some text in short description5. Click Update button (version will become v1.01)6. Click Publish button (version will become v1.02)7. Scroll to bottom of record and Open the approvals related record8. Approve the related record and observe the version of knowledge article (version will become 2.0)9. Do a global search of the kb article number on platform10. Observe that latest version gets displayed on the platform11. Navigate to Agent Workspace Homepage12. Do a global search of the same kb article number The oldest (1.0) version always displays instead of the latest as a result of global search of the article number.WorkaroundThis problem is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release.
