Steps to Reproduce —>Login into the OOB New York instance.—>Go to sys_properties.LIST and change 'glide.sys.date_format' to dd/MM/yyyy —>Go to the Agent workspace and open any incident.—>In the Agent Assist, search with a keyword(example: Laptop, computer) so that it shows the knowledge articles.
