This occurs when the Run as field is empty on the Scheduled Reports record. The Webkit HTML to PDF plugin requires a valid sys_user on the instance. When Run as is empty, the system defaults to the system user and OAuth authentication fails because it cannot bind to the system user.

2) Ensure that the "Run as" field is not empty and populated with a valid user who has the correct permissions to the data being reported on. If the field is not visible, modify the form layout to expose it.

NOTE: If the user does not have the appropriate permissions, then the report generated will be blank.
