Analytics Hub - Selecting months from the calendar populates the custom date range incorrectly. Description Analytics Hub - Selecting months Jan 2019 to Dec 2019 from the calendar populates the custom date range as 01-01-2019 to 12-01-2019 instead of 01-01-2019 to 12-31-2019.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Performance Analytics ==> Analytics Hub 2. Select any monthly indicator which has data collected. 3. Try to select date range by clicking on months Jan 2019 and Dec 2019. Observe that custom date range is populated as 01-01-2019 to 12-01-2019 instead of 01-01-2019 to 12-31-2019. (see attached screenshot)

Workaround This seems to be broken but since monthly indicators are stored on the first of the month it actually works correctly. This is only a display issue, the functionality works fine. There is another indication that the whole month is selected.
