Steps to Reproduce

1. Login in an OOB London Patch 5 2. Install a new language 3. Make sure that there is a translation for Critical Incidents in sys_ui_message 4. Change language and navigate to: /$map_page_primary.do?sysparm_name=Critical%20incidents 5. Notice that Critical Incidents in the page is not translated
