Unable to reproduce the issue on the lower environment.CauseThe issue is because of the Custom Catalog Client Script 'Read Requested For' on the Catalog form. This client script has the option 'Applies on RITM and Task Form' to TRUE.ResolutionOn the test instance the issue is reproducible. When this client script is modified (Unchecked: Applies on RITM and Catalog Tasks), the issue is not reproducible.
